Dark circles
My son is starting having dark circles. He is not much fruit eater. What should I do and why he is getting dark circles in such a small age. How can I give him iron supplement and what to do for Harding of stole after take my iron.

Hi....Give him, Syrup Zincovit, 5ml once a day to increase his appetite. He should drink at least 2litres of water in a day to reduce dark circles. Iron supplement- Give him, Syrup Tonoferon pediatric, 2.5 ml, evening time with glass of water ( caution- should not drink milk with iron supplement)
Next Steps
For preventing hard stool- eat green leafy vegetables along with plenty of water intake
