Dar circles can be due to multiple reason, the anatomy of the face, Pigmentation, puffy eyes, vascular problem. Each diagnosis has different strategies of treatment. Blanket treatment doesn't work. From your side, drink adequate water, have a good sleep cycle and don't stress your self. Rest of the treatment has to be done after examination by a qualified Dermatologist
