Dark circles are a common problem but the cause for its occurrence has to be determined. Most of the times, it's genetic that is it runs in the family. But inadequate sleep, nutritional deficiency or working on laptop for long hours can also cause this. Please get your hemoglobin checked. Creams can be tried, which are specially made for treating pigmentation on this area. Chemical peels are also another option. Please use a sunscreen. You can call me or contact me through online consult option for detailed prescription and all other precaution to be taken.,

the horizontal line on nose could be because of nose rubbing habits seen in patients in atopic dermatitis. or else if it is a structural line then filler injection can be use for improvement. Dark circles are a very notorious condition and do not respond easily to treatment. In patients with dark circles certain underlying conditions need to be ruled out like nutritional deficiencies or certain inflammatory conditions. In case the secondary causes are present, they need to be addressed 1st to get a better response to treatment. Also, dark circles respond slowly and you have to be patient with the treatment and continue applying the cream for a few months to see some change. Avoid rubbing the eyes as it will increase pigmentation. You can try using Brunda Under eye cream or RoC Sublime cream or Under Eyes 20 gel or Ega cream or WonderEye cream for a few months. Now-a-days many chemical peels also offers realistic promise- like glycolic acid and lactic acid peels. Dermapen in combination with mesotherapy also helps. But I would advise getting a consult done online or meeting a certified dermatologist to rule out any aggravating coexisting conditions. Hope this is helpful.
