  4. Dark brown scar. Tratment. pls suggest!

I have gone an facial malenocyte transplantation surgery on 2003 for stable vitiligo. During pigmentation development trated areas comes out over pigmentation and appears darker than skin. Need to treat these areas for normal color anyhow through medical or surgical tratment. Pls suggest
