Firstly I'd advise you to discontinue use of the said cream as it is nothing but a topical corticosteroid whose use for a long duration may cause bacterial skin infection, furunculosis, pruritus or skin atrophy and many other systemic effects. It is to be taken strictly under supervision.
Secondly you need to give some details or atleast photograph for Homoeopathic prescription.
