first try dove or any commercially available shampoo specifically mentioned for dandruff for one or weeks daily .if not relieved try nizoral or selsun shampoo :method:massage into scalp ,leave for 5 minutes rinse thoroughly twice weekly for month .if not relieved use betamethasone lotion or consult a dermatologist
