Dandruff since 6 years
I have tried various medication like anti-dandruff shampoos like ketomac, lotions like zydip-c, medicines like desloratadine, Every new medication works for a week than again dandruff. Is there any long lasting solution?

Dandruff is maultifaceted and not all treatments work on an individual It could be dry scalp dandruff or seborrhoea it could also be sebopsoriasis of scalp All need different approaches Seems like you are trying to treat it yourself Desloratidine is not for dandruff Shampoos are not permanent solution they are on and off Depending upon your condition and type of dandruff the treatment varies it may include topical steroids. Ketololytics exfoliator and other modalities. Please Visit your local dermatologist or you may set a teleconsult with me . I will be more than happy to look into it further evaluate and recommend treatment for you God bless Dr H S Chauhan
