Dandruff n lice n scalp
Itching in scalp pains a lot too much of dandruff n lice .. I. Need an instant solution cant Bear the pain ... tried all the medicine for lice still the same cant even wash hair properly .. it pains please let me know

Well, unfortunately if there is pain and itching, then you will need prescription medicines . A thorough examination of your scalp is needed to assess and rule out bacterial infection along with the lice infestation.
