Dandruff issue
I have dandruff since long time and my scalp starts aching after four hours of doing head batch. Iif I don't do head bath daily then itching would be even more worst. My nails would be filled with wet white dandruff if I keep on scalp. I used different anti dandruff shampoos, scalp shampoo, tried everything but in vain. Due to this I am loosing my hair too...kindly suggest a remedy and help

It is seborrheic dermatitis. Kindly get rule out if it is not scalp Psoriasis.
Need oral antifungal and topical medications.
Get evaluated for diabetes, tyroid problem, immune status if it is severe.
