Dandruff in scalp
I am suffering from dandruff for a very long time now... situation is so bad now that only after two hours of shampoo, my head will have dandruff. From second day onwards even itching starts and if i scratch it feels like the skin is out and i am scratching a wound!! Dandruff from my head looks like powder and if there is a gap in doing shampoo for more then two days then some areas i can see some skin cover kind of getting off my head. Really appreciate your response for this problem!!

Hi...as your problem is long standing and not responding to routine antidandruff shampoo, we have to rule out other causes like...seb dermatitis..scalp psoriasis..but for that dermat consultation is must.definetly you will get good result after that.
