Dandruff in hairs
I have so much dandruff in my hairs so what could i do now to remove dandruff.
Also i have cleared all the hairs from my head.

Shaving off your hair doesn't help with dandruff. Dandruff can occur due to a lot of reasons. Visit a dermatologist to understand why you have severe dandruff. You will not only get treated but the dermatologist will guide you on how to maintain a healthy dandruff free scalp.

If you have severe dandruff which is not being controlled with antidandruff shampoo, you should consult Dermatologist for further management.
