Hello
You have squamous blepharitis
1. Take half tea spoon of Johnson baby shampoo and mix two spoons of warm water and then clean your lashes with that solution.

Good evening, From your history you may have Blepharitis, i.e, inflammation of lid margin. Repeated cleaning with baby shampoo is better to remove the flakes. Over the counter lubricating drops can be applied to reduce redness. It is better to see a qualified ophthalmologist for further specific treatment after detail examination.
