Dandruff bumps on scalp/psoriasis
I believe I am having scalp psoriasis which is different from normal dandruff as I am having big dandruff bumps on my scalp at different places. I am having flaky scalp due to which flakes fall when I sleep or comb. I had tried all home remedies but none work...nuetrogena coal tar shampoo helped to an extent to remove my outer area psoriasis but when I stopped using it the problem came back. Please suggest some permanent solution for it!

Please share pictures of your scalp to identify the condition and accordingly suggestion can be made.
If it's psoriasis, there is no cure for that. It can be controlled with medicines.
