Dandruff and hair fall
I have dandruff and hair fall problem so for this problem can you please recommend me what medication should I undergo or which shampoo should I use to stop this or can I use DIY for this?

DIY is an option if one understands the nuances of Aesthetic Medicine( we are a fairly new specialtyin the world, popular in the west), and cosmetic chemistry, not otherwise.
Had this dandruff problem,thinning,falling hair many years as a doctor and got worse with commercial soaps,shampoos. The reason is SLS, a skin and scalp irritant which gives great lather but messes with your skin. Concomitant yeast and fungal induced dandruff makes it worse.

Your hairfall can be due to dandruff or it can be due to other conditions, get your cbc, hba1c, thyroid and vit d test done..
