Dandruff and greasy hair.

Asked for Male, 21 Years

If i use any shampoo, no matter herbal or chemical, i get dandruff. If i don't use a shampoo for a few days, my hair get greasy. Inorder to remove the greasy ness ,I am compelled to use a shampoo , which again causes dandruff (dry flakes to be precise, not the sticky yellowish ones). Please provide suggestions.
