Dandruff and cradle cap
I am a 33 years old lady and since so many years I am having dandruff and cradle cap on my scalp. I have used so many shampoos but no result.
Kindly suggest me any shampoo or medicine.

Don't worry.. Specific medicine required...You are suffering from seborrheic dermatitis Causing dandruff.. Medicine available for good improvement......As the treatment varies depending on the severity... Send photos of the affected area, for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
