Hello there...hairfall, acne are very common, chronic disease. Without seeing their severity in person, it is very difficult to treat. Also she will need detailed clinical examination and further investigations to rule any other associated diseases like pcod. So kindly consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

dandruff is due to oily secretion from sweat glands so after shampoo do not put any oil in scalp,,wash yr hair frequently, for acne wash yr face frequently with soap n war water do not apply any cream or moisturizing cream.Hair on chin may be due to high testosterone hormone secretions .u should consult a dermatologist who can guide u better for further treatment of yr problems.
