Can we give Dabur lal gutti to a 3 month old baby ? As if he has signs of colic issues kindly advice as we can give or any other alternative for the baby

For colic, give colicaid drops 5 drops thrice a day for 2 days. Consult a pediatrician if not better. Gutti is an ayurvedic medicine. So consult an ayurvedic doctor for that

Give colicaid or bonnisan drops
Plenty of tummy time and burp after each feed and love massage
Plz avoid giving gutti as they mostly contain steroid and bring harm to the baby
