My mother had pneumonia 2 months back nd she was recovered but then also she was facing breathing issue ,the covid report was negative but now d dimer level is elivated up to 1500 She is on medication but facing breathing issue alot

It's post covid sequaele.. Needs to rule out pulmonary thromboembolism ( clot in lungs )Can be possibility Show to pulmonologist.
