Cystic Hemogeneous Mass
Dear Sir,
In ultrasound report of my family member is showing Cystic Hemogeneous Mass (5 X 4) CM in right side of Ovary. Please suggest treatment process which i can adopt. I am confused as some doctors are saying for surgery and some are saying it is not required.

Treatment depends on. various factors.
Age..Symptoms..whether she has completed family..and other ultrasound findings of the cystic mass.
Follow up with your consultant and try to understand all aspects.
Surgery is primary treatment modality except in few circumstances.
