Cystic acne
I have cystic acne is there any treatment that wouldn't include the usage of antibiotics ? Also is food the cause of acne outbreak or it just flares the outbreak.

There are treatment options without usage of antibiotics. Mostly antibiotics in acne are used for anti inflammatory action. Some Dermatologist prefer a intra lesional steroid injection in miniscule dosage. Food and acne is controversial
