Cyst on the left thigh? The said cyst.

Dear Doctor,My wife is having a cyst like thing (I do not know the exact medical terminology) on her left thigh.She is having this for almost 6 years from now. I found one big one and 3 to 4 small ones around it. Recently she is complaing that it is growing big. No pain at all but if she walk too much she feels a squeezing sensation from inside that cyst. She visited a GP 2 years ago , they said it happened because of some pressure from outside and suggested to remove it. But we afraid if it is the correct treatment. Now we are worried of it and want to seek experts advice. We live in bangalore . It would be a great help for us if you clarify what it is and please suggest some good specialised doctor for the right treatment. Here i am attaching pictures of the said cyst.
