Cyst on testicle scortum

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have multiple cyst on scortum in small area one cyst is from last 2year and it is now pea size but is is now stabilised but now from last 3 4 month I find multiple cyst in this small area and in between one of cyst is growing but other are small small. Please suggest me what should I do
