  4. Cyst on my head. Need to have surgery?

Cyst on my head
I have developed a cyst on my head. and i am on homeopathy medication since last 2 years. Whenever i leave medicine it size start increasing, but it start decreasing when i take medicine regularly. Is it a cancer ? Do need to have surgery ?? My family is complete in panic.

Doesn't look like from the photos pls visit a surgeon or surgical oncologists might be harmless
