  4. Cyst in ovary. Of right ovary.

Cyst in ovary
There is dermoid cyst in my left ovary and I have complex cystic lesions with size of 7.6*6.5*4.7 cm it is circumscribed and smooth walled with a thin septum.there is hyperehoic are with shadowing within the cyst and left ovary is not seperate.there is faint internal echoes with calcific area.and polycystic configuration of right ovary.

Needs laproscopic removal and histopathology... Laproscopy decreases adhesion rate post surgery so fertility may not be effected.. But also get serum AFP, beta HCG ,serum LDH to rule out remote germ cell lesion..
