Cyst on hand
I have a cyst on my hand for about a year now, it is pea sized and movable under the skin which is red in color and developed a keloid over the cyst. Should it be operated on, I've read that operating on a keloid only makes it worse.

If it's keloid yes chances of recurrence is more likely.... Intervene for your keloid only if it's hindering your regular activities
