Hi,
I had an MRI and it showed that I have a cyst near the prostate.
Report said:
A well-defined oval shaped cystic lesion is noted in posterior portion of prostate in the midline.
It is seen extending from the urethra postero-superiorly just above the prostatic base.
It measures about 2.4 x 1.5 x 1.3cms.
It appears hyperintense on T2 Wt / STIR images turning hypointense on T1 Wt images.
No evidence of hemorrhage within the cyst.
Current symptoms are:
1.Extreme pain when pre-ejaculate tries to come out on being aroused (as if it is being obstructed).
2.Post void dribbling.
I want to get the cyst removed by laparoscopy. Would like to know if any doctor can help with this.
Thank you very much.
