  4. Cyst kind of thing. Heal on its own!

Having pain at the side of the nose since many days .red inflammed 3 cm in diameter well defined margins hard lumpy no secretions but very tender to touch and red.surely not a pimple..no white or black patch on it.covered with normal skin tissue.do i need to worry or will heal on its own
