I haven't had a cycle since July 3rd, I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative. I don't have any idea of what is wrong

this could be hormone related or something related to your ovaries. please get an ultrasound abdomen done to make sure your ovaries and uterus are fine. consult a gynecologist with the reports
