Cuts or stretch-kind of wounds onpenis

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I observed stretch wound on my penis after the end of masturbation. At first it was a small round wound/stretch cut which used to burn when I ended up with masturbation or peed. In 2-3 days of 1st observation, the wounds have multiplied. Now it is 4-5 wounds in a line around the circumference of the penis skin. I am worried that it may be a start of something big. Please help me doctors with your suggestions on the same before I end up having a big problem.
