  4. Cuts observed on foreskin of penis.

Cuts observed on foreskin of penis.
After intercouse small cuts two to three are observed on penis foreskin and after two days it is cured automatically. Again after intercouse again cuts appear...sugar test also done, but results are ok (no sugar). Please suggest me helpful information.
