Cut or wart on frenulum

Asked for Male, 27 Years

There is what looks like a cut or a wart on the frenulum on my penis. There has been no blood, no pain, and I’m not sure if it is some type of wart, legion or skin issue? I have only noticed it in the last week or so. It isn’t painful, and actually looks more like it is going inwards (like a crater) rather than out like a wart.
