Scar can be made less visible and flat by laser treatment and some local injection therapy. Better you consult with plastic surgeon

Hello.  You can use shatadauta gruta with manjista and Arjuna churns for application.  Internally use saribadyasava 15ml twice daily with water after food.

Hi! You have a hypertrophic scar. It is possible to flatten it by giving injections directly into the scar and if needed it may also be combined with a laser. Usually topical creams don't work well for these kind of scars. Kindly see a dermatologist for treatment of the same.
