Cut in urethral opening
Hi. Some 4 days ago i noticed a cut in urethral opening. İt hurts when it's against the pyjamas. Otherwise no pain while urinating and all. İ masturbate regularly twice a week and i have been doing it for 20+ years. No sexual intercourse history. Last year i was diagnosed with having external haemorrhoids. İ have not been operated yet. But i am making sure not having constipation ever since. İ want to know if it's due to excessive masturbation or having hemorrhoids or it could be something else. Please help. Attaching few pictures.
