Hello there are many other features of Cushing a syndrome. So first of all need a detailed examination for Cushings. If clinically your feature are suggestive of cushings need to rule out exogenous chronic steroid exposure in form of creams, tablets or inhalers as it is the most common type of cushings. So the next step is to have routine investigation and specific investigation for manifestation of cushings and confirmation of cushings. Once confirmed need to do further blood test for localisations of the cause and may need scan as well.
Next Steps
Consult endocrinologist
