Current health issue

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi, i am pregnant with good HCG value. But i have some brown red discharge hence doctor suggested me to take progesterone injection and miprogen tablet for 2 weeks. But the discharge stopped before 2 days but today again i have some light dischrage when i wipe it. What is the reason is there anything happening to me. What should i do for this.
