I'm really curious about a lot of things with my mental health especially my eating problems. I typically don't eat during the hours of 8am-4pm on weekdays except for small snacks but when I get home I constantly feel hungry, but I keep myself from eating. I'll eat a little when I get home, but I try not to eat too much. Also, on weekends I tend to eat more than I normally would, but I always feel bad after eating and I feel like I'm gonna gain weight or I''m eating to much.

Hi ,
Not eating for such a long gap can create so many problems.
There is different time for snacking.
Try taking atleast 5 meals per day.
Also , eating healthy food will never lead to weight gain
And this will lead to good mental health also.
The more you eat good , more you will have a healthy mind.
Select some foods from all food groups like : milk & milk products, fats , vegetables, sugar, pulses and cereals.
Share your more details with us like current height and weight so that we can help you more.
