Curd marination
Hey, Is it fine if i marinate chicken in low fat dahi and grill the chicken? Secondly is it fine if I saute or cook the curd with some veggies or chicken?(like curd gravy) Please do reply for both , Thank you

Hi Its safe n fine to use the curd for marinating and for cooking .. You can use curd for cooking dishes..

It's absolutely fine to marinate the chicken in low fat dahi and cook it afterwards. There is no problem as such unless you marinate it with sea food , shrimps, etc

Yes dahi is safe with chicken, you can marinate, and you can cook curd too, lactic acid will react with only sea food

Yes u can have but try to have non veg items in day time only rather than later evening for proper digestion.
