Having balls in neck having pain difficult to eat and drink anything . It happened after 15 days. Or drinking cold water , juice, fruits. Could you Help me. 7 yrs old child.

Might be  having allergic manifestations. To those things. Consult  ENT  surgeon .
Next Steps
avoid  those things that causes problem.
