Throat and neck pain
I have been suffering from throat, neck pain and spine pain for 2 months. I feel a clicking sound while swallowing saliva and drinking. I can eat normally. The pain area is near the voice box. I can't sleep in the side position as my neck muscles start to irritate. Other symptoms are hand pain, leg pain, pain below ears, on neck and poor sleep. In the morning , my throat pain is high and I feel a dry throat and white mucus on the pharynx.
