Dear you have urinary tract infection in this report. Continue these medication for 7 days Tab nutrofrotoin 100 mg thrice daily Syp citral 2 tsf thrice a day Tab ultracet twice a day Tab body plus twice a day And plenty of fluids. As it will be better and better if u drink a lot of water. You can also done 2 more tests cbc,widal. Thanks
