Ct and pet ct indicates multiple nodules
My wife has been suffering from glomus jugulare tumour since 1994 operated 1994 in Kem Mumbai.1997 Allms Delhi.2003 ,2010 PD Hiduja Mumbai. Growth of tumour unchanged till 2016(spared part of tumour. Growth saw in 2016.gamma knife has been performed. Growth reduced in latest mri.but complain of chest pain and breathlessness ct has been performed. ct indicates multiple nodules in lungs.maximum size 10mm.rp ebus not possible according to pulmonologist.pet ct also indicates same.eccept limh node in neck.in ct report: multiple soft tissue nodular opacities noted in posterior of RUl ,RML,RLL,inferior ligula basal segment of left lower lobe. what should to do.Pl Advice. Thanks

These ct findings r not sugesstive of any active disease.but need to see the films can u send me the film to confirm if significant  must go for ct guided biopsy.

The best possible is eBus, but if eBus is not possible , then atleast sputum test for 3days and Bronchial wash and blind biopsy
