My baby has been crying while peeing.also he is urinating lil bit at a time.some people are saying his private part is not completely opened.please guide he is 13months old.

Hi... Your child may be having urinary tract infection... Kindly visit nearby pediatrician and do urine examination and urine cultures... Small opening may be phimosis...it will be also examined by pediatrician...
