Hygine:Wash her private parts thoughly and frequently.
Give Seitz bath in a tub of warm water with alittle of dettol liquid. Let her sit with legs open and let her play in water for 10-15 minutes.

Crying just before and after a while passing urine is normal and nothing to be done. Baby crying because of discomfort of passing urine and after cause of wetness.
