Crowding of teeth
I have consulted many doctors but every doc has a different opinion so I'm quite confused. My main problem is with the upper jaw.The two front teeth are a bit protruding and overlapping other teeth. Even if my mouth is shut, these two teeth are visible slightly. I thought of going for braces but I'm concerned because my nose is sharp, and I don't like the flat mouth which results due to the braces. I was suggested to extract 4 wisdom teeth but I'm a bit reluctant as I don't want my jaw to lose the slight outward edge and become completely flat inwards. I have my x rays and would love to know the solution to my problem. Also,my main concern is front two teeth of upper jaw and if that problem is sorted,i can let the other teeth to be a bit crooked. What would be the best and less time consuming treatment??

hello, you need to consult an orthodontist and get your x-rays checked. its better to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment plan. The time for the treatment depends on the case and the dentist.

It's better to go for Ortho treatment and yes for space v have to extract 4 teeth. Don't fall  for short term treatment.
