Hello Definitely you can get the alignment of teeth or straightening of teeth without braces, you must have heard about aligners or invisible braces. Originally based on USA concept these are specifically designed for people who do not want braces or whose job doesn't allow them to have braces in their mouth. So this will begin with a full mouth scanning by a specialized scanner that would show a simulation of the end result and will decide the number of trays that would be used for your particular case. Then the specified number of trays would be ordered for you and handed over to you. Some instructions will be given to you wherein you will be told about the duration of wearing the trays and the number of days to be worn each set of trays. The treatment duration would be somewhere around 10 to 12 month this would be decided by the treating orthodontist and the scanner. It is a total patient derived treatment so patient compliance is the most important. 5% of cases might not be eligible where in aligners can be used. So you have to visit an orthodontist get yourself checked and see whether aligners can be done for you or not.
