Hi i get chest pain daily, sometimes it will ve very very sever, feel like chest is going to burst out.
Please tell me solution.
Even i get head ache on back side and lateral side , doctor told it is vascular type of head ache.
I dont what to do about these problems.
Head ache is there from 3-4 months.
And chest pain is there from 1-2 yrs.

If chest pain is very severe get an ecg,chest x ray and endoscopy done..it may be due to gastritis or pluritic kind of chest pain involving lungs.
Headache you can take naxdom tablet for immediate relief.
There are other prophylactic medications to avoid frequent headache episodes..consult a neurologist/physician.

Cap Pan D twice daily before meals.
Tab Voveran SR 75 mg daily after meals.
I would also like to add , please answer the following questions.
Does this happen after you sleep?
Do you lie down immediately after meals?
