Hello doctor, I was diagnosed with ITB in May 2019(Weight:40kg) and put on Anti TB drugs to which I showed positive progress for 3 months and also gained weight(Weight:43.5kg) after which I again started to feel pain and weight loss. But my doctor won't just change my medication so we changed the doctor as I was in severe pain and lost weight(Weight:39kg)and he immediately started Bevon Suspension Syrup with Mesacol 1.2 GM due to which I gained 2 kgs within 15 days and after that he also gave Mycolon tab and continued Anti TB drugs of Isokin and Rcin but increased the dose of Rcin from 300 mg to 450mg. But again after that I am experiencing mild pains and trouble while urinating or when I feel to. Please help me with my diet and tips to increase my weight. I also have mild temperatures frequently.
