Crocin 240 suspension DS side effects
My son is 1yr 2months and he had high fever on doctors prescription we have Crocin 240 suspension DS 2ml twice in a day and now we are facing side effects like skin allergic reaction, loss of appetite and tiredness. Kindly help me prescribe an antidote.

Give him plenty of water this could be due to the disease also there is no side effect of crocin we would like to see the picture of reaction Tiredness and loss of apitite is due to illness we would have to investigate kindly consult a pediatrician
