Cremaffin syrup during 4th month of preg

Dear Doctors, I'm in 4th month now I'm facing constipation problem from early weeks of pregnancy though I followed food diet like vegetable, high fibre food it is not go away as I'm suffering with piles from 1 year so can I use cremaffin daily night time or it may show any adverse effects to the fetus Please suggest me..
